From Training Camps to PB's!

Here at TRI-SL ours was very positive and leaves us feeling very excited about the racing season ahead.

With members working diligently and with direction through the off season racing and remote testing allow us to assess progress. At the same time we are very much aware that data doesn’t show all aspects of progress experienced by the individual.

Here are a hand-full of the members quantifiable achievements;

-63’s Improvement over a 400m Time Trail

-16% Improvement over a 1000m Time Trial

-FTP Increase from 258 to 273 Watts

-20% FTP Increase

-41’s 10km Improvement

-Half Marathon PB

And now for a few that are harder to quantify with data but are equally or even more important;

-A return to running pain free

-Confidence to move up a lane at the local Triathlon Club swimming session

-Increased confidence on the bike and ability to climb and descend

March was also a fantastic month due to the two training camps delivered in Mallorca which saw 31 athletes cover the following average distances each week;

-13,000m of Swimming

-386km’s of Cycling

-55km of Running 

We will be hosting two camps next year again in Mallorca and provide a fantastic opportunity to boost your training, confidence and knowledge ahead of a seasons racing so why not come and join us?
