Test, assess and improve your performance!
 Blood lactate testing gives a valuable insight into an individual’s physiology and performance capacity within endurance sports. Testing enables an individual’s highest sustainable work-rate to be established and be defined as your Lactate Threshold, LT2 and / or Maximal Lactate Steady State (MMLS), all definitions correlate highly to performance within endurance sports. Once these upper limits are defined suitable training zones can be derived from the test results to enable an individual’s training to be as effective and efficient as possible.
